  • 400g Feigen, getrocknet
  • 50-100ml Wasser
  • Saft einer Zitrone
  • 1 TL Ingwerpulver

Zutaten gründlich mixen/pürieren und zu Kugeln formen.

Variation : In Kokosraspeln wälzen.
