Gonna write this recipe in English and German, so that someone special, named Jo, understands what I am talking about :)
The thing is : Jo created this choc-chunk-breakfast-cookie. And it had a very sneaky smile. Too sneaky. I had to make my own one to gain victory ! Here it is :
Evil Breakfast Cookie
- 60g oats
- 2 Tbs/30g whole-grain-flour
- 1/4 Tsp baking powder
- 1 Tbs ground flax
- cinnamon
- choc chunks
- 3 Tbs water
Mix all ingredients and bake at 175°C.

Schlecht übersetzter, böser Frühstückskeks
- 60g Haferflocken
- 2 EL/30g Vollkornmehl
- 1/4 TL Backpulver
- 1 EL geschrotete Leinsamen
- Zimt
- Schokostückchen
- 3 EL Wasser
Zutaten vermengen und bei 175°C backen.
